Soy española y tambien digo nevera, aretes (antigüamente zarcillos), y a los jeans ademas de vaqueros decimos tejanos. Decimos edredón ó nórdico porque provienen de aquellos países y estaban rellenos de plumas de ganso (eider en sueco), tambien les llamamos frazada (fraçada) en Catalunya.

It depends on the job you do, if you have a skilled job (say for example Devops engineer or something high level in IT) then you should expect a salary to match your skills and experience. Its the same in the uk, I wouldn’t be able to live the lifestyle I do if I didn’t have a good career in IT that pays enough to have a reasonable quality of life. Delivery drivers, factory operatives etc have generally unskilled roles, by comparison with salaries to suit. So my advice to anyone is to study and have a career that pays well, instead of expecting to be on the equivalent salary for relatively unskilled work. Get yourself a profession.
